Me and Tina are both working on becoming yogateachers, we did our teachertraining earlier this summer, but we both need experience! We have been offering yogaclasses for free in Sayulita the last couple of weeks with a huge succes, yesterday 10 people showed up for morningflow. How amazing is that? Turns out that a lot of people wants to do yoga, especially when it doesn't cost a fortune and they have easy acces to it. Since it's low season in Sayulita, only a couple of studios are open and our friends are supergrateful for the classes we offer for free. For me it's a great pleasure to share my passion for yoga with whoever is interested, and it is a great way of bringing people together!
Bring a fruit to yoga at La Redonda
An american girl named Emily have offered free classes at a hostel in town called La Redonda and she kindly asked us if we wanted to take over her classes when she leaves in the end of this week. The classes at La Redonda is completely free, except that everyone has to bring a fruit so that we can all make a big fruit salat after class. I love the consept, and I am superexcited to be a part of it!
Donationbased yoga in Sayuilta
From this week we are going to make some of our classes donationbased. This way people can still do yoga for a very reasonable price, but we get the opportunity to give some money to charity and maybe a few extra pesos for food. We hope that this becomess a hit and that people still wants to come to our classes! Check out our Facebook group; "Donationbased yoga with Tina and Kristine" if you are interested in checking out our classes!
